We refer to the announcement dated 10 July 2012 wherein M&A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M&A Securities”) had announced on behalf of the Board of Directors of Fonics that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 10 July 2012 rejected the Proposed Restructuring Scheme.

 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Fonics, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the appeal to Bursa Securities in relation to the Proposed Restructuring Scheme has been submitted on 9 August 2012.
