| Contents | : | The Board of Directors of JMR wishes to announce that RANTRONICS SDN. BHD. ("RSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has today entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Wong Thai Sun ("the Vendor") to acquire 3,000,000 shares of RM1.00 each in the capital of UNICO ELECTRONICS (PENANG) SDN. BHD., representing 50% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of UEPSB for the total cash consideration of RM945,000.00.
