We wish to announce that the PBBANK-JB expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 April 2012 (“Expiry Date”) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount | = | Number of PBBANK-JB x (Closing Price – Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) |
| = | Number of PBBANK-JB x (RM13.6880 – RM10.70) x (1/15) |
| = | Number of PBBANK-JB x RM0.1992 |
The Closing Price of RM13.6880 is the average of the closing price of PBBANK shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount, less all exercise expenses shall be made by way of cheque within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to warrantholders by ordinary post.
