Asia Media Group Berhad (Asia Media) is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries is principally involved in the digital out-of-home (DOOH) transit media industry by providing infotainments, advertisements, contents and others through its transit television (Transit-TV) network systems. Asia Media provides contents produced by its in-house creative development team, as well as contents from third parties. The third parties contents include videos provided by Speedy Video Distribution Sdn Bhd and movies from Golden Screen Cinemas Sdn Bhd. Its direct subsidiary, Asia Media Sdn Bhd, provides multimedia advertising services, media communications, commercialization of narrowcasting network solutions (display of contents on a digital signage network) and dynamic and automation contents (moving and automatic way of reloading contents), as well as the provision of integration, maintenance and support services.
