Amcorp Properties Berhad, formerly AMDB Berhad is a Malaysia-based company. The Company is engaged investment holding activities. The Company’s operations comprise of three segments: Property, Engineering and Infrastructure, and Others. Property includes Property development, property investment and property management services. Engineering and Infrastructure includes Electrical and power engineering contractors and fabrication of electrical equipment, manufacture of power and oil transformers, management of toll operations and maintenance of highway. Others include Investment holding activities and Group level corporate services and treasury function. On December 10, 2010, the Company acquired Country Realty Limited. On 21 December 2010, the Company acquired Riverich Limited. In addition, the Company also acquired a residential property comprising of 10 self-contained apartments in Lexham Gardens, London.
