DRB-HICOM Berhad is an investment holding company with investments in the automotive (including defense), services, and property asset and construction segments. It operates in three segments: automotive, which is engaged in manufacturing, assembly, vehicles importation, pre-delivery inspection, distribution and sale of motor vehicles, military vehicles, motorcycles and special purpose vehicles, including sale of related spares and services; services, which consists of concession (including vehicle inspection, solid waste management and maintenance services of a power plant), banking, insurance, other services (including trading in engineering products, higher education and vocational training institution), and property, asset and construction, which includes property holding, development and construction works, and construction management services. On July 1, 2011, POS Malaysia Berhad became its associate company. On April 22, 2011, it POS Malaysia Berhad became its associate company.
