The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the marketing, sales and distribution of consumer, engineering, building materials, wines and chemical products and the operation of shipping, insurance and travel agencies. The Company operates primarily within Malaysia in two segments: trading and distribution and other operations consisting of investment holding, provision of insurance, travel agency services and rental of property. Its provides services within divisions, such as fast moving consumer group (FMCG) division, building materials division, industrial chemicals division, Agricultural Chemicals Fertilizers Division, Shipping Division, Travel division, Technical Product Division and Wines division. Its subsidiaries include Harrisons Trading (Peninsular) Sdn Bhd, Harrisons Trading (Sabah) Sdn Bhd, Premier Navigation Sdn Bhd and Paragon Shipping Sdn Bhd.
