Its subsidiaries include Tong Heer Fasteners Co. Sdn. Bhd., Tong Heer Fasteners (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Tong Heer Aluminium Industries Sdn. Bhd. (THA), Aluta Metal Sdn. Bhd., Better Technology Sdn. Bhd. and Acme Aluminium Sdn. Bhd. In August 2010, the Company acquired 51% of the equity interest in Tong Heer Aluminium Industries Sdn. Bhd. (THA).
