APM Automotive Holdings Berhad is engaged in investment holding and provides shared services to its subsidiaries. It operates in six divisions: Suspension Division for leaf springs, parabolic springs, coil springs, shock absorbers and metal parts; Interior & Plastics Division for plastics parts, interiors, seatings for motor vehicles, buses, auditoriums and cinemas; Electrical & Heat Exchange Division for air-conditioning systems, radiators, starter motors and other electrical parts; Marketing Division for trading and distribution of automotive components/parts manufactured for the replacement and export market; Others for operations related to the rental of investment properties in Malaysia and provision of management services, and Operations Outside Malaysia, for businesses in Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia and the United States of America. On March 8, 2010, the Company through Auto Parts Holdings Sdn. Bhd. dissolved the entire 100% equity interest in APM Components (USA), Inc.
