Bhd., which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of car window regulators and other automotive components.; Nobel Decree Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the manufacture and supply of automotive electric horns; Bryte DY Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in manufacturing of rubber blades and Autovisor Plastics Sdn. Bhd, which is engaged in manufacturing sunvisors and interior car lamps. On March 31, 2010, the Company disposed Diasia Ventures Sdn Bhd.
