Atlan Holdings Bhd. (Atlan) activities are investment holding and the provision of management, financial, technical and other ancillary services. The Company operates in four segments: Investment Holding; Property and Hospitality; Trading of Duty Ffree Goods and Non-Dutiable Merchandise, and Automotive. Its subsidiaries are engaged in property investment, resort development; properties management and cultivation of oil palm; manufacturing and marketing of exhaust systems and other automotive components parts; manufacturing and distribution of brake, fuel and clutch tubings and other automotive component parts; manufacturing and marketing of fuel tanks, other automotive component parts and wheelbarrows; manufacturing of plastic fuel tanks, and hire and drive services and tour activities. During the fiscal year ended February 28, 2011 (fiscal 2011), the Company acquired Radiant Ranch Sdn. Bhd. and Duty Free International Limited.
