Pharmaniaga Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company operates in four segments: pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing, which is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceutical products; pharmaceutical trading and distribution, which is engaged in purchasing, storage and distribution of pharmaceutical and medical products; medical products and services, which is engaged in the supply and installation of medical and hospital equipment, and other operations, which is engaged in investment holding. The Company has distribution centers throughout Malaysia, which are located in Shah Alam, Juru, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu, as well as branches in Indonesia. On October 13, 2009, Pharmaniaga Trading (M) Sdn. Bhd., a dormant subsidiary company, completed its liquidation.
