TOMEI CONSOLIDATED BHD

Tomei Consolidated Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company operates in three segments: manufacturing, which is engaged in the manufacturing of gold ornaments and jewelry; retail and distribution, which is engaged in the retailing and distribution of jewelry, and others, which is engaged in investment holding. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company operated 59 jewelry retail outlets and 10 retail kiosks, of which seven retail kiosks are located in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and three retail kiosks are located in Shanghai, the People's Republic of China. These are operated under the brand names of TOMEI, MY DIAMOND, T.H. JEWELRY and LE LUMIERE. In 2009, the Company acquired an additional 49% equity interest in Wealthy Concept Limited. On March 2, 2011, the Company acquired 50% paid up capital of O M Design Sdn Bhd.
