On May 18, 2010, the Company and AHB Marketing Sdn. Bhd., its subsidiary, completed the disposal of the entire shareholdings in AHB Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd., and Prestigious Office Systems Sdn. Bhd. and Persistem Sdn. Bhd., respectively.
