AIC Corporation Berhad is an investment holding company. The Company operates in three segments: Test and assembly and other semiconductor related activities, Precision tooling and automation, and Investment holding. It is engaged in semiconductor business through AIC Semiconductor Sdn Bhd (AICS) and precision tooling and automation business through Prodelcon Sdn Bhd (Prodelcon). AICS provides services, such as package design and development; engineering and test development; packaging, assembly and test of integrated circuit chips/smart card modules, and drop-shipment and distribution centre services. Prodelcon’s principal activities are manufacturing and provision of high precision machining services for the components of photonics and microwaves transmissions; manufacturing of high precision tooling, mould and die sets, and the design and manufacturing of turnkey automation systems. On March 21, 2011, Prodelcon acquired 100% interest in Isotrax Engineering Sdn. Bhd.
